Terms and Conditions

By purchasing Art to Impact: A Six-Week Live Intensive with Krystal Chryssomallis, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Enrollment

Your purchase secures one seat in the Art to Impact six-week live intensive. Access details and program information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please ensure your email address is accurate to receive all communications.

2. Payment

The full program fee is due at the time of purchase unless an approved payment plan is offered.

By completing your purchase, you authorize the payment method provided to be charged for the agreed amount.

3. Refund Policy

Attend the first session, and if this is not the right fit, request a refund within 24 hours after that first session to receive a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for:

·         Missed sessions

·         Scheduling conflicts

·         Failure to attend

·         Change of mind

If a payment plan is offered, all scheduled payments remain due according to the agreed schedule.

4. Live Sessions & Community Recordings

Live session dates and times will be communicated before the program begins.

To support participant learning, session recordings are made available exclusively to enrolled participants inside our private Skool course community. These recordings are never shared publicly.

The organizer reserves the right to modify session dates if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Confidentiality & Community Guidelines

Art to Impact is designed as a safe, supportive, and confidential learning environment.

Because this is a small, live practice space, participants agree to:

·         Respect the privacy of fellow participants.

·         Not record, copy, screenshot, reproduce, or distribute any live sessions or course materials without prior written permission.

·         Not share recordings or participant discussions outside the private course community.

·         Maintain confidentiality regarding personal experiences shared during the program.

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Terms of Enrollment

Reasonable care is taken to protect the privacy of the group and the security of the online learning environment. However, no online platform or digital environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

By enrolling, participants acknowledge and agree that Krystal Chryssomallis and Art to Impact are not liable for any unauthorized recording, sharing, distribution, or misuse of program content by participants or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, recordings, worksheets, slides, templates, and resources are the intellectual property of Krystal Chryssomallis.

They may not be:

·         Shared

·         Copied

·         Recorded

·         Distributed

·         Republished

·         Sold or resold

·         Used for commercial purposes

without prior written permission.


8. Personal Responsibility

The information provided during the program is intended for educational and personal development purposes only.

Individual results vary based on each participant’s effort, application, and circumstances. No guarantees of specific personal, financial, business, or professional outcomes are made.


9. Privacy

Your personal information will be used solely for program administration, communication, customer support, and delivery of the course.

Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krystal Chryssomallis and Art to Impact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the program.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication.
